We have steadily been making visuals to use in our bible class teaching....which brings us to the topic of organizing your visual aid inventory. I looked and looked for a perfect system that we could adapt for our classroom and found a book on Amazon titled "Simplified Visual -Aid Filing System" by David Roper. It is an old, out of print book, but it is a wonderful resource to get you started. Since our inventory of visuals increase, I wanted something that could easily be added to and not necessarily be chronological, and this book seemed to fit this purpose the best. Each topic is assigned a number and I just track it all in a spreadsheet in excel. If you would like for me to send you my excel template, I would be happy to! Just contact me!
