Read John 2-21
From this reading, notice that John relates the teachings of Jesus without relating the
parables.
When you find a teaching of our Lord in this book that reminds you of a
parable in another book, make a note of the passage in John and beside it put the
reference of the parable.
Example:
John 6:23 (He who honors the son honors the father.) ....................Mark 12:1-12
