Display Clips

Our home congregation is constructing a new building!  In anticipation of this, we are preparing visuals for our curriculum (which is always an ongoing process) and envisioning what our classroom will look like.

We are planning to have a small informational bulletin board in our room that will include our church calendar, children's memory work and attendance charts.  Being that these items are changed and rotated out fairly frequently we decided to make some decorative clips to hold the mentioned items above.

To begin this project you will need items that you more than likely have on hand, if not links are conveniently provided:
Scrapbook Paper of your choice
Thumbtacks (optional)

These are super easy and fast to make.  Just cut strips of scrapbook paper to fit (or slightly smaller) than the clothespins.  Apply Mod Podge and affix to clothespins.  Give a good coat of Mod Podge on top of paper and then set aside to dry.  Once dry, you can hot glue the thumbtacks to the backside of the clip, allowing you to put the clip on a cork bulletin board, making papers displayed a snap to change out!

I just love the way they turned out and they will add a pop of color and happiness to the room!
